For NDIS Participants who are SELF MANAGED:
Please complete your order through our website, THEN email us at email@example.com and supply your:
- NDIS number
And we will include an NDIS appropriate invoice with your order OR if you require and invoice prior to shipment, please indicate and we will gladly email the invoice to you.
For NDIS Participants who have their plan MANAGED BY THE NDIA:
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org NOW with the following information:
- Postal Address
- the item/s you would like to order
- your NDIS number and current dates for your plan (includes commencement date and ending date)
WE WILL then be able to generate a ‘Standard Service Booking’ directly through the NDIS website. Once confirmation of payment has been received by us (usually 1-2 working days) we will supply your order via Australia Post.
