Please ORDER & PAY though our website THEN email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and supply your:
- NDIS Number
And we will include an NDIS appropriate invoice with your order
If you wish to have an invoice prior to ordering or shipment, email us at email@example.com with the abovementioned details and we will gladly email an invoice to you.
For NDIS Participants who have their plan MANAGED BY THE NDIA:
Please email us NOW at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- NDIS number
- Current dates (dd/mm/yyyy) for your plan. Both commencement date and ending date
- Item/s you would like to order
- Postal Address
WE WILL then be able to generate a ‘Standard Service Booking’ directly through the NDIS website. Once confirmation of payment has been received by us (usually 1-2 working days) we will supply your order via Australia Post.
